Returns on products eligible for return are 15 days from the order confirmation date, provided they are still in their original condition (unused and with the original tags still attached). Please see our returns FAQs for information about returns. We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sales, promotional items, custom-made items, and embroidered items.

 

We will accept returns and provide you with a refund under the following conditions:

  • The products are faulty or not of acceptable quality.
  • The products do not match the sample or description provided.
  • The products are not fit for their intended purpose.

 

We will process your request as follows:

  • The return/exchange request must be raised by the customer with a reason.
  • The reason will be analyzed by the customer support team and approved for exchange or refund.
  • Exchange requests will only be processed if the specific product is available in stock.
  • A pick-up request will be raised by the customer support team, and a logistics partner will pick up the product within 7 working days.
  • If reverse pick-up service is not available at the customer’s place, we will request that the customer ship the product themselves using a trusted logistics partner.
  • Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check, and refunds or exchanges will be initiated within 7 working days.
